This past year was full of growth for Montclair Townhomes. In this time, we’ve had some major accomplishments. Our biggest change was switching management company to MRG which saved the community thousands of dollars. We’ve also created a community website and accompanying Facebook page.

Resident engagement has been high with the rebirth of committees.

• The Communications Committee brings you news on the community and upcoming events in Smyrna. This year they’ve created the website, Facebook, the quarterly newsletter, directory and manage updates to the welcome letter for new residents.
• The Landscape Committee maintains the aesthetic and cleanliness of the neighborhood. They’ve revitalized our relationship with our landscaping company and installed pet waste stations inspired by the other high-end communities in the area to help keep our grounds clean.
• The Architecture Committee ensures compliance with the property’s architectural guidelines and covenants while researching capital projects
• Social Committee helps up keep a sense neighborliness through fun events such as the Drink and Driveways, Progressive Dinner and Garage Sale.
